- Continue a little further along. Turn left into an area of Swiss Style Chalets
- Mabel Lodge will be on your left ( to the right hand side of two detached chalets )

There’s free and unrestricted parking near the chalet, you should not have a problem parking somewhere on our road.
Currently, the property does not offer a dedicated EV charging point. The property's electrical supply is not fit for EV charging, do not attempt to charge electric vehicles from the property.
The earliest you can check in is 16.00 pm, this gives our housekeepers time to prepare everything for you.
The latest you can check out is 11.00 am, this gives our housekeepers time to prepare for our next guests.
You can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
Please note:
If you booked through Booking.com and chose the "non-refundable" rate when booking you will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel at any time or don't show up. However, you can reschedule your stay once, 7 days or more before check-in. All booking modifications must be made via the Booking.com website.
All your essential arrival information including door codes etc is sent out the afternoon before your arrival.
Mabel House is self check-in.

Enter the key box code.
Pull the key box open to remove the door key.
Close the key box and muddle the combination up.
Wifi is only available in reception and entertainment areas. You are welcome to bring your own portable mobile hotspot, which may allow you to gain access.
In the kitchen/diner, you’ll find:

- Recycling bin for paper, cardboard, glass, and plastic – please rinse any food or drink containers
Everything you need to make hot drinks is in your room, including a kettle, selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits!
If you need any top-up's, they are in the kitchen, help yourself...
If you’re staying for a week or more, we’ll clean your room and change your bed linen and towels weekly.
Please don’t take towels outside your room – especially to the beach.
If you’re looking for a hairdryer, you’ll find one in your top drawer in the main bedroom.
There’s an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe of the main bedroom.
In the event of a fire, the alarm will sound (you can’t miss it).
Please evacuate as fast as possible – don’t stop to take belongings with you.
There are full fire safety instructions in the property.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere in the property – it’ll set off the fire alarm and you’ll be charged a call-out fee.
You’ll find ashtrays in the outside areas.
We are always trying to protect the environment so encourage everyone to recycle as much as possible.
You will find recycling bins for paper, cardboard, glass and plastic – please rinse any food or drink containers.
We love the great outdoors so feel free to use the patio or balcony in front of the house.
Please be considerate of our neighbours and other guests, especially after dark.
St Ives Holiday Village is set within 100 acres of beautiful woodland and nature reserve. Benefiting from all the amenities of the Holiday Village, you are also just 3 miles from St Ives. Here you can swim or surf at the blue flag rated Porthmeor beach, visit the idyllic harbour or wander the quaint narrow cobbled streets lined with fishermen’s cottages. There are plentiful opportunities to shop, eat, drink, or just soak up the atmosphere.
With beautiful golden beaches (St Ives is on a peninsula fringed with sandy beaches), stunning coastal walks, art galleries, craft shops, boat trips and excellent transport links, St Ives is the perfect base for a Cornish holiday. And it gets over 1500 hours of sunshine each year, making it one of the sunniest places in the United Kingdom.
A bus service stops outside the Holiday Village, taking you into St Ives via Carbis Bay. The Great Western Railway stops at Lelant Saltings just 1.4 miles away, and the Cross-Country rail service stops at St Earth Station 1.9 miles away. Taxis can be pre-booked to collect you from the main entrance.
