In the kitchen/diner, you’ll find:

  • Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer – there’s powder and tablets under the sink

  • Top-ups for your room’s complimentary tea and coffee facilities

  • Recycling bin for paper, cardboard, glass and plastic – please rinse any food or drink containers

Hot drinks

Everything you need to make hot drinks is in your room, including a kettle, selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits!

If you need any top-up's, they are in the kitchen, help yourself...

If you’re staying for a week or more, we’ll clean your room and change your bed linen and towels weekly.

Please don’t take towels outside your room – especially to the beach.

If you’re looking for a hairdryer, you’ll find one in your top drawer in your bedroom.

There’s an iron and ironing board on the wall in the dining room – you can use them in your room but please return them to the dining room afterwards for other guests to use.

Fire safety

In the event of a fire, the alarm will sound (you can’t miss it).

Please evacuate as fast as possible – don’t stop to take belongings with you.

There are full fire safety instructions in the property.

Smoking / Vaping

Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere in the property – it’ll set off the fire alarm and you’ll be charged a call-out fee.

You’ll find ashtrays in the outside areas.

We are always trying to protect the environment so encourage everyone to recycle as much as possible.

You will find recycling bins for paper, cardboard, glass and plastic – please rinse any food or drink containers.

Outdoor areas

We love the great outdoors so feel free to use the seating area in the rear garden.

Please be considerate of our neighbours and other guests, especially after dark.

Tips for town

The quickest way to town is turn right out of the property, then right again at the traffic lights, this takes you into town.

Stuck for where to go? You’ll find the The Falriver Visitor Information Centre at 11 Market Strand, Falmouth TR11 3DF. Tel: 01326 312300

There’s loads of great food options, but we’d recommend booking as tables fill up fast, especially during summer.

Watch out for pasty-pinching seagulls – don’t leave food unattended and definitely don’t feed them!

Like many organisations on the coast we support the RNLI, which ensures that popular beaches have a fully qualified lifeguard on duty.

The RNLI rely on donations and volunteers, so please give generously.
