Only a stones throw from Castle Beach this gorgeous property offers fabulously relaxing accommodation for your perfect getaway. With high ceilings and tall windows, The Old Coastguard Station is light and airy. Throw open the doors to enjoy fabulous sea views and listen to the sounds of the ocean.
The property has two wonderful outside spaces; enjoy breakfast in the sheltered courtyard at the back of the property surrounded by sub-tropical plants, or perhaps lunch looking over Falmouth bay and beyond in the afternoon sun.
The open plan living space and the master bedroom make the most of the fabulous sea views which are just breathtaking any time of year. The cosy twin bedroom and family bathroom overlook the pretty courtyard.
There is a great games-room to keep everyone entertained with pool table, dart board, table-tennis, and a warming stove.
Falmouth’s beaches and town centre are only a short walk away.

You can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
Please note:
If you booked through Booking.com and chose the "non-refundable" rate when booking you will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel at any time or don't show up. However, you can reschedule your stay once, 7 days or more before check-in. All booking modifications must be made via the Booking.com website.
All your essential arrival information including door codes etc. is sent out the afternoon before your arrival.
The Coastguard Station is self check-in.

- Enter the key box code
- Pull the key box open to remove door key
- Close the key box and muddle the combination up
Our Superfast WiFi is free and unlimited.
In the kitchen you’ll find:
- Full cooking facilities
- The washing machine is in a cupboard next to the bathroom with the washing tables, pegs, iron, ironing board and linen basket.

- Recycling bin for paper, cardboard, glass and plastic – please rinse any food or drink containers
Everything you need to make hot drinks is in your kitchen, including a kettle, selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits!
If you’re staying for a week or more, we’ll clean your bedroom/s and change your bed linen and towels weekly.
Please don’t take towels outside your room – especially to the beach.
If you’re looking for a hairdryer, you’ll find one in the wardrobe.
There’s an iron and ironing board in the cupboard next to the bathroom with the washing tables, pegs and linen basket.
In the event of a fire, please evacuate as fast as possible – don’t stop to take belongings with you.
There are full fire safety instructions in the property.
Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere in the property.
We are always trying to protect the environment so encourage everyone to recycle as much as possible.
In the carport you will find rubbish bins, recycling bins for paper, cardboard, glass and plastic – please rinse any food or drink containers.
We love the great outdoors so feel free to use the patio and courtyard at the rear.
Please be considerate of our neighbours, especially after dark.
Short cut to town from Castle Close is through to the green gate in the conifer hedge, turn left down the steps to the seafront, then follow Castle Drive & Castle Hill down to the roundabout, straight over to Bar Road, this takes you into town.

We'd recommend booking restaurants as tables fill up fast, especially during summer.
Watch out for pasty-pinching seagulls – don’t leave food unattended and definitely don’t feed them!
