Upper Deck has been newly designed capturing the fabulous Falmouth Bay and beyond. The high-pitched roof and its impressive wooden trusses give it a feeling of space and light throughout. The pristine white painted cladding and the driftwood artifacts add to the nautical theme. The bi-fold doors open completely onto the balcony and a large triangular window above gives the place a light and tranquil atmosphere.

It is furnished very stylishly with a beautiful sitting area, artwork, and lighting. In the evening the place becomes magical with the decorative mezzanine above all lit up just enjoy the ambiance with your favorite drink. The open plan also consists of a kitchen area. Designed to be less intrusive. Pass a cloak area, then into a light high pitch roof with open wooden trusses. This lovely bedroom is a gem of design with two windows facing the back garden. The beautiful ottoman bed with storage. The BeachHut wardrobe is a pandora's box. Beautifully painted as a BeachHut would! Nautical theme paintings then lead to a modern ensuite shower room.

This place is a little hidden gem, yet a few minutes away from historic Falmouth.

• The bed has an Ottoman-style 4'6 bed and a small (vacuum cleaner);
• Bedsides cabinets;
• BeachHut wardrobe has storage, a hair dryer;

• A full-length mirror, a bamboo vanity corner unit with a mirror above it;
• Ensuite electric shower, vanity-lit mirror with shaver point, wash basin, and toilet.

The earliest you can check in is 16.00 pm, this gives our housekeepers time to prepare everything for you.

The latest you can check out is 11.00 am, this gives our housekeepers time to prepare for our next guests.

You can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 2 days before arrival.

Please note:
If you booked through Booking.com and chose the "non-refundable" rate when booking you will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel at any time or don't show up. However, you can reschedule your stay once, 7 days or more before check-in. All booking modifications must be made via the Booking.com website.

All your essential arrival information including door codes etc is sent out the afternoon before your arrival.

Our Superfast WiFi is free and unlimited.

In the kitchen you’ll find:

• Full cooking facilities 

• Washing machine – there’s powder and tablets under the sink

• Recycling bin for paper, cardboard, glass and plastic – please rinse any food or drink containers

Everything you need to make hot drinks is in your kitchen, including a kettle, selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk and biscuits!

If you need any top-up's, they are in the kitchen, help yourself...

If you’re staying for a week or more, we’ll clean your room and change your bed linen and towels weekly.

Please don’t take towels outside your room – especially to the beach.

If you’re looking for a hairdryer, you’ll find one in your top drawer in your bedroom.

There’s an iron and ironing board in the cupboard at the end of the kitchen.

In the event of a fire, the alarm will sound (you can’t miss it).

Please evacuate as fast as possible – don’t stop to take belongings with you.

There are full fire safety instructions in the property. 

Strictly no smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes anywhere in the property – it’ll set off the fire alarm and you’ll be charged a call-out fee.

You’ll find ashtrays in the outside areas.

We are always trying to protect the environment so encourage everyone to recycle as much as possible.

You will find recycling bins for paper, cardboard, glass and plastic – please rinse any food or drink containers.

We love the great outdoors so feel free to use your private courtyard as much as you like.

Please be considerate of our neighbours and other guests, especially after dark. 

Short cut to town from Castle Close is through to the green gate in the conifer hedge, turn left down the steps to the seafront, then follow Castle Drive & Castle Hill down to the roundabout, straight over to Bar Road, this takes you into town.
